  • Clavicle Hook Safety Lock Plate 3.5 is indicated for Extra-articular and Intra-articular fractures of Lateral Clavicle ends with dislocations of the Acromioclavicular joint.
  • Anatomically contoured: The plate facilitates optimal implant placement and surgery to provide an improved outcome.
  • Rounded shaft profile minimizes the risk of soft tissue irritation between the plate and surrounding soft tissue, the acromioclavicular joint, and the rotator cuff.
  • Undercuts in the shaft reduce impairment of blood supply.
  • The plates are designed for both Right and Left Clavicle bones and are available in varying lengths and Hook depths.
  • All holes of the plate accept 3.5 mm cortex, 3.5mm safety lock, and 4.0 mm cancellous screws.
